The two-phase design process reimagines a 1,095 SF existing shell space, developing a thoughtful layout and complete permit drawings to transform it into a welcoming café destination. The design balances efficient service flow with inviting guest areas, reflecting the client’s established style while introducing fresh details suited to the lively surf park setting.
