Bell Plaza Professional Building is one of the largest multi-tenant commercial office buildings in the Northwest Valley comprised of two free standing buildings and a total of 100,000 square feet. Their mission is to provide top quality office space at affordable lease rates. The investors of the mostly medical office building in Sun City, Arizona hired Reset to redefine the image of the aging building.
Upgrades included a new modern exterior paint scheme, new landscaping and site retaining walls, remodeled lobbies and bathrooms, and a new exterior signage treatment to bring a new cohesiveness to both buildings on the campus.
