Patricia’s Pizza | Pizza Restaurant in Scottsdale, AZ
Located in the heart of Scottsdale, Patricia’s Pizza brings elevated, wood-fired dining to one of the city’s most vibrant culinary scenes. Reset Studios, serving as designer and architect of record, collaborated once again with restaurateur Melissa Maggiore, a valued repeat client, to create a space that’s both inviting and distinctive. Warm textures, refined detailing, and an open, convivial layout reflect the signature style Melissa’s restaurants are known for, while delivering a fresh identity tailored to Patricia’s. The result is a gathering place where exceptional design and artisanal flavor meet.
Reset Studios led a two-phase design process to transform a pre-existing restaurant space into a vibrant new pizzeria. The 2,911 SF former space offered an opportunity to creatively adapt existing elements—such as certain ceiling details and an existing kitchen layout — while introducing new key features essential to the new concept.
The design featured a custom pizza oven as the centerpiece, a 10–12 seat bar with an indoor-outdoor connection, and a reimagined 500 SF patio. By blending reuse with innovation, the project balances efficiency with unique character, delivering a space that supports Patricia’s artisanal menu and provides a warm, comfortable dining experience.
