This project is breathing new life into a forgotten corner of downtown. Adjacent to The Van Buren, Tanner and his team transformed an underused warehouse into an inviting destination for locals. Their sharp design sensibility and passion for great food come together to create a spot that feels effortless yet memorable—a place to grab a slice, a beer, and enjoy the energy of the neighborhood. The reimagined space opens to the street, welcoming natural light by day and offering a warm, casual atmosphere for late-night bites.
