This new 6,000 SF home was designed for a Cave Creek developer, and took stylistic queues from that same developer to lean to his prospective buyers. Because of the hillside nature of the site, there were opportunities to create interesting and unusual assets, including a lower-level bar/man cave with exceptional views and private patios.
