It is really exciting to be involved in the new design and buildouts for Sicilian Butcher and Bakery and the Hash Kitchen for the Maggiore Group’s new location in Peoria. These are great projects, and we are continuing work with the great people at Maggiore Group on future designs, as well as some maintenance work on Gainey Ranch locations. Also, it doesn’t hurt that the design meetings have a full complement of coffee and Italian cookies to munch while thinking of the next great idea.
