I’m really happy to be working with Eric and Susie at local development company RDHC on their new home designs for Phoenix and the surrounding areas. They have partnered with an excellent construction company (Justin at Task-Pros LLC) for their projects, and I think you’ll be seeing more and more of them around, as they have a great taste and care for craft. Here are the initial designs for the first project in Phoenix, right next to the Valley Ho and with unbelievable mountain views, especially from the large second-floor deck. Construction will begin on this in Q1 of 2020. I’ll post a more in-depth update as we sharpen the design and finish all the details.
